WHAT IS THE RELATION BETWEEN KARATE AND YOGA?



                 Karate and yoga have a great relation from the   

starting time, without yoga a great karate can’t possible. It is 

real.  Karate need concentration and focus, if your mind will 

not in field then any time you fall down, in the time of 

practicing your mind should be cool, yoga can do it. Yoga will 

make your mind fresh, how yoga does it?????????? 



             Yoga affects the nervous system could open the doors to 

effective treatment for stress-related conditions such as 

depression, anxiety, high blood pressure and cardiac disease. It 

stress in a specific way- by reducing the chronic stress.



              It is used to explain how frequent activation of the 

body’s stress response, essential for managing acute threats, can 

in fact damage several organs and tissues, but especially the 

cardiovascular system over the long run. If stress levels and 

production of these coping hormones is continually being 

turned on and off, wear and tear on the body can be 

particularly acute.


              Yoga help to runs from deep in the brain down to the  

gut and helps a regulate the heart beat, control muscle 

movement, breathing and digestion as well as transmitting a 

variety of chemicals through the body. Yoga is known to 

improve stress-related nervous system, so without stress karate 

player fight easily.



                  So we can understand how karate is related with 


yoga. If your mind and your body is free then only you can 

concentrate on your karate fight. When something hit in your 

body you have to take a birthing proper way it also a part of 

karate, otherwise your bones will break. So each person must 

practice yoga before practicing karate.
