Karate is
a Art, it is a special type of game, it have to concentrate, it have to focus
on the events, it have to lesson carefully. For practice it has no time, when
you want you can practice, but if you say which the best time for practice is,
I suggest you for morning, if you are a student! You have to go school at
morning, and then you can practice at night after finishing your all work or
studies.
But
something you have to remember you can’t practice taking food fully, you can
practice after 30 mints of food or 30 mints before taking food. It will be good
for your health. And one thing is more important don’t take water after
finishing the practicing, wait for 10-20 mints make your body in room
temperature then take water, if it will be a hot dinks that is also better.
