WHAT ARE THE ARMS ARE USING IN KARATE?

Karate mines empty hand, Karate is teach us how we can protest us by using our hand and legs to fight others to save our self.  So we have no need to take any weapons. But from the beginning karate have some weapons to protest the bad gays and enemies.

                Those enemies were also using weapons, to bet them kings and monks are made some weapons, some used those for bad and some used for good. Now a days we are using those weapons for practice purpose in a training center, but we are not using those in public place, it is strictly followed in our style except Wooden Bo and Nunchaku.

                Somehow it’s true, because when we are sleeping, and watching games or relaxing that time our leaver is working it have no rest, it is we all know as heart are doing. So if you eat any food it will be digested, and it create energy for our body.  Now the important point is when we need the energy? Do you know when we are sleeping we using the energy also in a little amount, and when we are working we have to need the energy more, it will cover the food energy. So when we are in practicing you are understood how much energy we need? So form where we will get it? Yes it is taking food. So you all become agree with me people can more hunger after practicing because our body need more energy.

WHAT TYPE OF FOODS ARE NEEDED FOR KARATE PRACTICE?



      Food is very important for everybody, it is increase your 

energy power and our body are taking the vitamin, protein, fat, 

carbohydrate, glucose and etc from food. If we cannot take 

proper food then we become sick.



       In karate practice your goals may vary from fat loss to 

muscle gain to overall energy increases, most karate man think 

of their food as fuel and nothing more. With that in mind, focus 

on building eating habits that are scheduled around and 

support, your karate training.


        Pre-Training


       A small amount of carbohydrates 2 hours before in 

practicing. Eat half a bagel, whole grain fruit such as a apple 

or handful of raps.  You want food that will be digested quickly 

but still provide enough fuel to help you reach optimal 

performance during the workout.


            Post Training

     Within 30 minutes of training, consume some protein with a 

small amount of carbohydrate to speed up recovery restore 

glycogen supplies in the muscles. And can take low-fat peanut 

butter on a piece of whole-wheat bread.

HOW MANY TIMES YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE TO MAKE YOU PERFECT ?

        It’s a real thing in the whole world Practice make a man 

perfect, so it is very difficult to say how much time to make you 

a perfect karate man. Because karate is a art, so you have to 

learn it carefully, what is the processes, and how it react. So we 

can say it is depends on your capacity.




                     Some people are asking us how many days it will 

take time to learn? I am telling it have not any fixed time, but 

don’t be upside, you must learn some sticks within six months 

and minimum 3 years it will take time be a easy, and 

continuous practice you should perfect after  six years. You 

must practice 4hr +4hr = 8hrs daily.




                    But it has also some problem, if you are not 

participate any competition or any tournament, your 

confidence will not build. So you must participate in 

competition with take protection and after good practice. First 

you be ready and build confidence on yourself, then go for 

competition. It will show you how much time you have to 

perfect.

TIGER KARATE ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL ALL EVENTS.

          Tiger Karate Association International is a big 

organization in India, It have done so many activities, like 

social work, organize sports in school to school, Teaching 

children karate yoga, gymnastic, brotochari to build their 

mental and physical strength. This Organization making so 

many institutes in all over India and foreign country also. But 

this organization main thing is this organization is a very 

honest, It is not taking any wrong charges. It is organize 1-2 

program at the head office, and organize 40- 50 Program all 

over India and foreign country in a year. Here we are seeing 

some of those program’s some  photographs and videos. We 

hope you all enjoy all those.

What are the three Gods in our Style?



What are the three Gods in our Style?



                       We all believe in God, so many people have 

deferent believe and deferent God, and we also believe in a 

deferent God also. But in our style we believe in 3 Gods. Those 

are DOJO, SANSAI and OBI. These three Gods are very 

important for a karate student and a Teacher also.

How these are three Gods? DOJO, SANSAI and OBI & 

GEI……………………….


DOJO  - It is a Japani name, it’s mine field, in Bengali Math. 

We believe field have a God, when enter into the dojo we first 
salute the god of the field, it is not only a system it is a respect.



The second one is SANSAI…..  

SNANSAI-  It is also a Japani name, it’s mine master/teacher. 

We all respect our teacher because the teacher is our guide, 

parents are sending their child to teacher for better future, so 

teacher should be a honorable position. So we keep a teacher in 

God’s position, we all obey the teacher and be believe a 

SANSAI as a GOD.



And the last on is OBI

OBI & GEI- It is also a Japani Name, It’s mine dress and Belt, 

as a karate person should be a proper uniform, other wish 

uncomfortable person can’t practice or fight. So we always 

take care of our dress and belt, as like a God.



In these 3 Gods are very important for a karate person, you 

should respect all 3, it will help you in a real field.

          Karate is a very good game, its make people fit and 

strong, some time we feel tired in practice time, we feel it is 

hard, but it’s not so, It’s  make people strong and healthy, in 

practice time you feel you can do anything, and after some year 

you can understand it is very easy, and then you may stop 

practicing.



                  It is real, all human beings have a same tendency to 

make him/her comfort, it’s not  his/her fault it’s happening 

automatically, without our knowledge it is doing. We make our 

self lazy, some fat will increase on our face and body, we look 

better than past, and we also become happy, but we don’t 

understand it is dangerous for us. And after few years we 

become a fat man. It is true. If stop practicing totally then it 

will happen with you.


                 So don’t stop practicing totally just you can do the 

freehand exercise and yoga 30 mints in a day, it will make you 

feet and strong as you are now.

WHAT IS THE RELATION BETWEEN KARATE AND YOGA?



                 Karate and yoga have a great relation from the   

starting time, without yoga a great karate can’t possible. It is 

real.  Karate need concentration and focus, if your mind will 

not in field then any time you fall down, in the time of 

practicing your mind should be cool, yoga can do it. Yoga will 

make your mind fresh, how yoga does it?????????? 



             Yoga affects the nervous system could open the doors to 

effective treatment for stress-related conditions such as 

depression, anxiety, high blood pressure and cardiac disease. It 

stress in a specific way- by reducing the chronic stress.



              It is used to explain how frequent activation of the 

body’s stress response, essential for managing acute threats, can 

in fact damage several organs and tissues, but especially the 

cardiovascular system over the long run. If stress levels and 

production of these coping hormones is continually being 

turned on and off, wear and tear on the body can be 

particularly acute.


              Yoga help to runs from deep in the brain down to the  

gut and helps a regulate the heart beat, control muscle 

movement, breathing and digestion as well as transmitting a 

variety of chemicals through the body. Yoga is known to 

improve stress-related nervous system, so without stress karate 

player fight easily.



                  So we can understand how karate is related with 


yoga. If your mind and your body is free then only you can 

concentrate on your karate fight. When something hit in your 

body you have to take a birthing proper way it also a part of 

karate, otherwise your bones will break. So each person must 

practice yoga before practicing karate.

WHICH TIME IS THE BEST FOR KARATE PRACTICE?


             Karate is a Art, it is a special type of game, it have to concentrate, it have to focus on the events, it have to lesson carefully. For practice it has no time, when you want you can practice, but if you say which the best time for practice is, I suggest you for morning, if you are a student! You have to go school at morning, and then you can practice at night after finishing your all work or studies.


              But something you have to remember you can’t practice taking food fully, you can practice after 30 mints of food or 30 mints before taking food. It will be good for your health. And one thing is more important don’t take water after finishing the practicing, wait for 10-20 mints make your body in room temperature then take water, if it will be a hot dinks that is also better.

DEAR ALL,

           If you think karate is like a football or may be Cricket, I can’t accept it. Do you know karate is not a team game? it is a single game. This is the interesting part in karate, we learn it single, we play it single and when we become a champion, we will get the winner Cup single and keep it in our bedroom.

          So it is my own effort can be succeed by a winner Cup, people can say see that Gay is a good fighter, good player etc, that time you can imagine how good you feel!!!!!!!!!!!! , but to go that position we have to work hard and practice hard.

        But is it so easy? NO not so easy we know, but I have some tips do do it very easy, those are……………….

1.       First join in a good institute,
2.       Then see the game from outside of the field,
3.        After a week you can understand what is happening  in the field,
4.       Then go for practice,
5.       First learn the free hand exercise to feed yourself,
6.       Some teachers are not interested to teach you the kick first, you may be think he is not take care of you, but it is not true, he is taking care of you, that’s why he is not showing you the kick first time. As like a new born baby, it can’t walk first time, some days it may sleep, then walk on it’s knee, then it try to stand, then it walk.


So karate also the same thing in real life, first we have to stand on our own leg, and then walk. First we have to watch the procedures, by the step by step, then carefully practice it, don’t go for next step without completing the before, then you get the success.
